Good news
The packing has begun!
DB and Ari threw down the dusty boxes from the attic to the porch on Friday. We had saved them from our move from Boston 3 years ago.
Then I had our 6 male Shabbat guests dust them off.
Then I told them that they were not allowed to leave Saturday night until the kitchen was clean and they had each packed at least one box! They fell for it and we now have 6 boxes packed - 5 of books and one of "chatchkies" from the china cabinet.
Now to keep up the momentum!

i was really really upset that I couldn't come for shabbos, until I read this post. Way tooo much manual labor going on. And last time we did the dishes without beinf forced

this is the proud packer of chatchkies box and i dont like the "they fell for it" line. i had a great time messing it up as bad as i could without breaking things(maybe) so i wouldnt have to do another box. as i told u sarah b, ray romono line: "when the wife sends u shopping the best plan for the guy is mess it up so bad she never sends u again. oh honey they were out of celery so i got a hammer." thanx for a great shabbos, and oh, maybe u should think abt an elevator in the house, there are way to many floors. (im not a "blogger" so i hope i can still post this.
